Many apologies to all Craft Rally members for the recent downtime; we have had some trouble with our domain hosting which should now be rectified.

Craft Rally Online has been live for two years now and we felt it needed a refresh and some improvements.  We are currently updating and changing some parts of the site, so please excuse our apprearance and any glitches that occur over the next week or so

Welcome to Craft Rally online

Craft Rally Online will now become a portal for outcomes of Collective, the Crafts Council’s programme of professional development for contemporary craft makers run by the Maker Development Team.

Collective is made up of a number of schemes, which provide different types of support or opportunities.

  • Craft Rally: networking opportunities
  • Hothouse: support for emerging makers
  • Portfolio: opportunities to collaborate with other sectors
  • Injection: in-depth business development for established makers

Collective is now entering its third year and we’ve been gathering information and case studies to demonstrate the impact these schemes have had on participants.  You’ll find these in the various scheme pages and we hope they will inspire and encourage you to apply to take part in the future.

You can still use the site to network and exchange ideas about ways of working, techniques, tips, thoughts and advice around contemporary craft practice with other makers.

Please be aware that Craft Rally Online is a Social Network created by the Crafts Council on the Ning Platform and as such we ask you to be read the Ning platform Terms of Service
